Method Of Payment Policy

We accept Cash, MasterCard, VISA, Bank Check, Money Orders, and Personal Checks. We do not accept starter or temporary checks. Convenient financing plans are also available through American General Financial Services. We require a non-refundable 50% down payment on all specially ordered furniture. Furniture must be paid in full before delivery.

Cancellation Policy

Special/custom orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS. You, the purchaser are solely responsible for the item fitting into your premises and for any custom changes in design or stain colors. Be CERTAIN the color you order is the color you want. In the case of entertainment centers you are responsible for your television fitting in the provided opening. Downtown Fine Furniture Co. is not responsible for your television size.

Build Time

Because our furniture at Downtown Fine Furniture Co. is handcrafted, it is generally not available to deliver immediately unless purchased off showroom floor . Many of our furniture items can take between 6-10 weeks to build. They can take an additional one to two weeks to be delivered once they are finished. We understand that you are eager to receive your handcrafted fine furniture. Please exercise patience, after all you are making an investment that is "Crafted for a Lifetime".

0-50 miles = Free Delivery
51-100 miles = Free
101-150 miles = $250.00
151-200 miles = $350.00

Delivery Policy

When your merchandise is available, we will contact you to set up a delivery date. We request that you accept delivery of your merchandise within 10 days of it’s becoming available.

To prepare for the delivery of your merchandise, you need to do the following:

• Ensure that someone 18 years of age or older is home to accept delivery.
• Remove any obstacles that might hinder our delivery crew.
• Clear the room(s) where your new furniture will be placed. Our delivery crew cannot move or remove existing furniture.
• Deliveries made above the third floor without access to an elevator will be subject to a charge.
• ALL deliveries include full set up of all the furniture you have purchased: this includes dining sets, china hutches, entertainment centers, beds etc.

Store Privacy Policy

We are a Privately held, family-owned business, and relish our own privacy. Downtown Fine Furniture Co. will not knowingly divulge ANY customer information, including your e-mail address, to anyone under any circumstance, unless ordered to do so by legal authority with appropriate statutory/court approval.
